FableForge Labs ("FableForge Labs," "we," "us," or "our") is a technology company that builds and operates a portfolio of software and web products. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website. Individual products in our portfolio may have their own privacy policies that govern those services.

We aim to collect only what we need. Depending on how you use the site, that may include:

6. How we share information

  • Service providers. Vendors who help us run the site or deliver email (for example, our hosting provider and the form/email service that transmits your message), acting on our instructions.
  • Legal reasons. When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of FableForge Labs, our users, or the public.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. Contact-form messages are generally retained for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain a reasonable business record.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's privacy

This website is intended for a general, adult, business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Accessibility statement

FableForge Labs is committed to digital accessibility for everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and to meet the accessibility expectations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Steps we take include:

  • using semantic HTML, descriptive headings, and landmark regions;
  • providing text alternatives for meaningful images and hiding decorative graphics from assistive technology;
  • maintaining sufficient color contrast and visible keyboard focus;
  • ensuring the site can be operated by keyboard and respects reduced-motion preferences;
  • labeling form fields and announcing errors to assistive technology.
